i found my prayer in photography, 2026
Over the last winter I poured all my energy into this photography project, which I created in the darkroom.
It was a fluid, intuitive attempt to capture my inner thoughts and grasp, in depth, the feelings that were lingering beneath my skin.

In December I lost my dear Opa. For many years, he was a sacristan. That's how the symbolism connects to my process and this project, as my mum gave me his rosaries, which I hold onto dearly.
In January, it was the 25th anniversary of my Papa's death.
In February, I turned 34, which also means that I'm now older than my Papa ever was. That is a unique emotion in itself.

It is an ongoing project, as I will carry these memories with me forever.
